Manage Bookings – Admin Overview

Create, manage, and analyze bookings for your workspace.

As an admin, you have full control over bookings across your workspace. From the booking calendar, you can create bookings for any resource, manage existing ones, book on behalf of employees, and export booking data for analysis.

Access the booking calendar

The booking calendar is available from two places in the Admin Portal.

  • Go to Workplace and click Manage Bookings.

  • Go to Meeting Rooms and click Manage Bookings.

Both paths open the same booking calendar.


Switch between Calendar and List view

The booking calendar has two views. Click Calendar for a visual timeline you can switch between Day, Week, and Month. Click List for a flat list of bookings — use this when you're dealing with a large number of bookings or need to select and act on multiple bookings at once.


Filter and search bookings

Use the Search field to find a booking by name. You can also filter by:

  • Time period – Set a start and end date.

  • Status – Canceled, Confirmed, Lapsed, or Tentative.

  • Resource Type – Filter by the type of resource booked.

  • Resource – Select a specific resource to see its bookings.

  • Source – Where the booking originated, such as the Member Portal.

  • Team – Select a team to see bookings made by its members.
