Make Bookings as a Team Lead

Book resources for your team members and visitors, and manage their bookings from the Web Portal or mobile app.

As a Team Lead, you can book desks and other resources on behalf of your team members and external visitors.

Your workspace admin assigns the Team Lead role. If you think you should have it but don't see the booking options described in this article, contact your admin.

Before you begin

  • You need to be assigned the Team Lead role by your admin. Learn how admins assign the Team Lead role →

  • You can book for members of any team you lead. If you are a Team Lead for multiple teams, you can book for all of them.

  • You can book for external visitors the same way any employee can.


Book a resource for yourself

When you are a Team Lead, there are no changes in the way you book resources for yourself. You can:

  • Book resources on the Web Portal and the mobile app.

  • Book either from the office map or from a resource page.

  • Cancel upcoming or ongoing bookings; you can't edit ongoing bookings.

  • Invite guests and visitors to any booking.


Book a resource for a team member or visitor

You can book on behalf of team members and visitors from both the Web Portal and the mobile app.

The booking is assigned to the selected person and appears under their account.
