By default, employees can see their full booking history. If you'd rather keep past bookings out of view, you can hide them across all employee-facing surfaces at once — the Web Portal, Mobile App, and MS Teams.
This feature is only available on the Enterprise Plan.
Hide past bookings for employees
To hide past bookings for all employees:
Go to Settings > Organization.
Open the Privacy tab.
Select Hide past Bookings for Users.
Scroll down and click Update. Past bookings will no longer be visible to employees in the Web Portal, Mobile App, or MS Teams.
