After a booking is created, you can edit its details, cancel it, or delete it entirely. All three actions are available from the booking calendar in the Admin Portal. Cancellations can optionally apply your workspace's cancellation policy before they're confirmed.
Open a booking for editing
All edits, cancellations, and deletions start from the same place. To open a booking:
Go to Workplace > Manage Bookings or Meeting Rooms > Manage Bookings in the Admin Portal.
Find the booking in the calendar or switch to List view to search and filter.
Double-click the booking to open the Edit Booking dialog.
Edit a booking
To update a booking's details, make your changes in the Edit Booking dialog and click Update.
You can change the date, time, resource, employee, title, and any other booking fields shown in the dialog.
Cancel a booking
Canceling a booking notifies the employee and optionally applies your cancellation policy. To cancel a booking:
Open the booking and click Cancel.
The Apply booking cancellation policy checkbox appears. Select it to apply the policy, or clear it to cancel without applying it.
Confirm the cancellation.
The booking status changes to Canceled and remains visible in the calendar and List view.
Delete a booking
Deleting a booking removes it permanently. To delete a booking, open it and click Delete.
Note: Deletion can't be undone. If you want to keep a record of the booking, cancel it rather than delete it.
