[Workplace] Export and Analyze Booking Data

Export booking records to a CSV file and review the available data fields.

The booking export gives you a detailed record of every booking in your workspace, including cancellation data. You can see when a booking was canceled, who canceled it, and whether it was a manual cancellation or an automatic one triggered by a missed check-in.


Export bookings

To export bookings:

  1. Go to Workplace > Manage Bookings or Meeting Rooms > Manage Bookings.

  2. Click List to switch to List view.

  3. Use the filters and search field to scope the export to the bookings you need.

  4. Select the bookings you want to export and click Export at the top right.

  5. Click Download CSV and save the file.


Available export fields

The CSV file includes the following fields for each booking.

Employee

Name of the user in OfficeRnD

Primary Team

User's primary team in OfficeRnD

Reference

Booking reference number

Status

Confirmed, Canceled, Pending, or Expired

Start

Booking start date and time

End

Booking end date and time

Resource

Resource name (for example, Hotdesk 1-15)

Resource Type

For example, Hotdesk or Meeting Room

Location

Location where the resource is located

Floor

Floor where the resource is located

Neighborhood

Neighborhood where the resource is located (empty if not applicable)

Booking Duration

Number of hours from start to end time

Is Recurring

TRUE if recurring (empty if not)

Recurrence Start

Date of the first booking occurrence

Recurrence End

Date of the last booking occurrence

Employee Primary Location

User's primary location in OfficeRnD

Created At

Date and time the booking was created

Booking Source

Channel used to make the booking (for example, Portal, MS Teams, Mobile)

Booking Title

Previously called "Summary"

Canceled At

Date and time the booking was canceled (canceled bookings only)

Canceled By

User who canceled the booking, or "Automated Schedule" if canceled by the system

Cancellation Reason

Manual or Automated (due to missed check-in)
